Are you ready for sustainable change?

Individual & Group Health Coaching

Working with a coach can help you define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be.

Lots of evidence suggests that a whole-food, plant-based diet, along with other holistic lifestyle changes, can make a huge difference.

And yet, it can be extremely difficult to make major lifestyle changes. When it comes to plant-based eating, for example, you may wonder how you'll ever give up cheese, learn new ways of cooking, or replace eggs in recipes.

You may be worried about how your family will react and how you'll navigate social situations and holidays. Let's face it: change is not easy. But it can be a whole lot easier with a seasoned guide in your corner.

CORE VALUES
01. Client - Centeredness

As your coach, I will not dictate diet or lifestyle practices for you, but I will help you explore what works best for you.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What is a health coach, exactly?
A health coach is a trained professional who partners with you to support sustainable lifestyle changes. Rather than giving you a to-do list, a coach helps you clarify your goals, tap into your own strengths and motivations, and develop a realistic, personalized plan to improve your well-being.

2. How is a health coach different from a doctor or dietitian?
A health coach is not a medical provider. That means I don’t diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or recommend changes to your medication. I also don’t create meal plans like a registered dietitian or design workouts like a personal trainer. Instead, I help you implement the changes you want to make—in ways that work for your life.

3. What kinds of goals can I work on with a health coach?

That’s up to you! Many people seek coaching to:

  • Eat more plant-based meals

  • Improve energy or sleep

  • Reduce stress

  • Establish a consistent movement routine

  • Manage weight or chronic disease risk factors

If it’s a lifestyle behavior and it matters to your health, we can work on it together.

4. What methods do you use in your coaching?
My approach is grounded in the science of behavior change. I use evidence-based techniques like motivational interviewing, goal setting, and strength-based coaching. I’m also board-certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches (NBHWC), which sets rigorous standards for coaching practice.

5. Will you tell me what to do or give me a plan?
Not exactly. My role is to support you in creating your own plan—one that aligns with your values, priorities, and lifestyle. I may offer ideas or resources if you’re looking for them, but I trust you to decide what works best for you.

6. Is coaching like therapy?
Coaching and therapy are both supportive relationships, but they serve different purposes. Coaching focuses on present and future goals, not past trauma or mental health conditions. If you're dealing with serious emotional challenges, a licensed therapist is the right resource. But if you’re feeling ready to take action and want support in doing so, coaching may be a great fit.

7. How do I know if health coaching is right for me?
If you're trying to make healthy changes but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to begin, coaching can help you move forward. You don’t have to figure it out alone. A coach can provide structure, encouragement, and accountability as you build new habits that last.

8. What does a typical coaching program look like?
I offer three- and six-month coaching programs. During that time, we meet every other week for 50-minute sessions, either via video conferencing or phone—whichever works best for you. Between sessions, you’ll have access to a secure client portal where you can message me, view session notes, and access helpful resources.

9. How much does health coaching cost?
Each session is $100. Because lasting change takes time, I work with clients in structured programs (three or six months) so we can build momentum and stay focused on your goals. Payment options and more details are available when you schedule a consultation.

10. What if I’m not sure I’m ready for coaching?
That’s completely normal! Change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have it all figured out before we start. Coaching is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace. If you're curious, scheduling a free consultation is a great first step to see if it’s a good fit.

"I really enjoyed our time together, the way you made me overcome some fears and insecurities, but moreover, the way you listen, your generosity at sharing your wisdom and learning with me. I really admire the way how you held your stillness in order for me to make my own decisions and create my own path towards a more healthy way of living. I cannot express gratitude enough for all of that. Forever thankful!".”
